Hotington Construction Contracting LLC was appointed to execute the complete interior fit-out works for the tower, including the following:
- Full Interior Fit-Out: Comprehensive works for both residential units and shared common areas.
- Partitions & Ceilings: Construction of internal partitions and gypsum board ceiling systems.
- Wall Finishing: Complete wall treatments, including plastering, painting, and specialized decorative finishes.
- Floor Finishes: Installation of premium flooring materials, including tiles, marble, and matching skirting.
- Plumbing & Sanitary: Full plumbing works and the installation of high-quality sanitary fixtures.
- HVAC & Mechanical: Air-conditioning installation along with all associated mechanical works.
- Project Handover: Final finishing touches, snag rectification, system testing, and formal project handover.
